The Governing Council authorized the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Presidency and the City of Molina de Segura for the implementation of the 'Survey of Infrastructure and Local Facilities' by Geographic Information System (EIELMAP), which serves to plan and manage the provision of local and regional public services in the municipality.

Under this agreement, the Community makes available to the City Council this EIELMAP application, which is a geographic information system (GIS), and provides the necessary training for municipal technical skills necessary to incorporate survey data this software tool and technological support for implementation and maintenance.
