The company Kulunka Theatre (Basque Country) presents the show of gestural theater with masks SOLITUDES on Friday March 4 at 21.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10).
The price of admission is 5 euros.
Solitudes is the story of an old man who suddenly widowed and whose main dream in life was playing cards with his wife.
His family, son and granddaughter, take care of him.
Despite the best effort of which they are capable, they will attend but not accompany him.
Grandpa can not make them understand that all you need is company, even playing cards as I used to.
You feel so helpless just taking to the streets to seek to play with finding as only companion a novice prostitute.
The discovery by the son of the prostitute at home will trigger a series of crucial events in the lives of these three characters.
Apparently a simple story, but full of metaphors and reflections on human relations, the need for affection, isolation and to what extent our prejudices are capable of impossible happiness of others and, of course, ours.
