It is a bouquet of stories enhanced with a touch of poetry.
In the voice of the author herself, these are "stories told from the shadow to the light." Histories of Light is made up of fifty-two short stories, with titles as suggestive and striking as Africa, The Violinist and the Flowers of Hungary, Sentimental Sparrows or Wanderer's Dreams, which have open endings in common. Rita García Imperial was born in Molina de Segura, Murcia, in 1963.
She is the author of the book of stories Imaginerías.
Histories from the light is her second published work.
