| Last night the City Council lit the façade of Pavilions II and III of the El Romeral Sports City with special yellow lighting | The City Council of Molina de Segura joined last night to commemorate the International Day of Childhood Cancer with the lighting of a special yellow lighting installed on the façade of Pavilions II and III of the El Romeral Sports City.With this symbolic ignition, the Consistory joins the different acts with which the Spanish Federation of Parents of Children with Cancer and the AFACMUR Association claim the elimination of the barriers that arise after the diagnosis of this disease in the family environment.Likewise, the Molinense City Council joins the campaign to sensitize and raise awareness about the importance of the challenges faced by children, adolescents and their families.Cancer can be considered as the most important health, social and economic problem that Spain has.Every year 275,000 cases are diagnosed, of which 1,000 suffer from children and young people from 0 to 18 years of age.
