The Molinense company Vidal Golosinas SA, dedicated to the manufacture of sweets and confectionery products, has communicated to the Molina de Segura City Council, through its Business Office, its solidarity contribution with sugary products for the smallest of the house on the occasion of the COVID-19.
Through the Department of Social Welfare, the Molinense City Council will send the donation to the groups that are most in need at the moment, especially children and sheltered housing.
For the little ones it is important to keep noticing signs of normality that they want to return.
The City Council of Molina de Segura appreciates these types of gestures, each one to the extent of its possibilities, which contribute to pass this difficult quarantine and the state of alarm due to the coronavirus in the best possible way.
"Any initiative that arises in the business part, aimed at contributing to the well-being of society, is welcome, and Vidal Golosinas is once again at the height of large corporations, agreeing and attending to the needs of the most vulnerable on their own initiative", explains the Councilor for Economic Promotion and Strategy, José de Haro González.
"Each company in a way, we have been registering in recent years a resurgence of Corporate Social Responsibility, supporting municipal actions, both infrastructure, economic or social, and that is a reason for hope."
