The pandemic caused by COVID-19, the declaration of the state of alarm and the confinement in our homes has generated a situation that no one could imagine even a few weeks ago, and which, without a doubt, is reminiscent of fictions previously seen in the literature or in cinema.
Neither cultural activity nor creativity stops during quarantine.
Among its proposals for these weeks of confinement, grouped in the #CulturaenCasa program, the Department of Culture of the Molina de Segura City Council has opted for the shortest and most immediate form of narrative, the micro-story, which can contain a great story in a few lines .
Write a micro-story with the hashtag #SetenilLocal and send it to culturaencasa@molinadesegura.es or to whatsapp 682 80 42 41. The only conditions are: that the micro-story deals directly or indirectly with the situation we are experiencing, and that its length does not exceed 200 words.
The micro-stories will be published on social networks (Twitter, @Cultura_Molina, Facebook, @ConcejaliadeCulturaMolina), and in the end they will all be published together in digital format or in a paper book, as reported by the Councilor for Culture, Soledad Nortes Navarro.
