The Councilor for Education of the City of Molina de Segura, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, attended last February 6 to the closing of the training course for officials that from the Department of Education has been carried out, and that is part of a project wider denominated Improvement of the school coexistence, chosen by the neighbors through the process of Participatory Budgets, endowed with a departure of 28,696 euros.
With this project, which is aimed at the Secondary Education students of the municipality, in collaboration with the educational centers, the Department of Education intends to work on the prevention of school absenteeism and favor the peaceful resolution of conflicts positively affecting interpersonal relationships, in the acceptance of diversity, promoting tolerance, equality and inclusion, throughout the year 2020.
This training course has been carried out by the School of Psychological Practice of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Murcia, and 30 municipal officials from various departments or departments (Education, Kindergartens, Conservatory, Social Welfare, Security, participated) Citizen, Legal Services, etc.).
In it, topics such as: Conflict and intervention with adolescents in formal and informal educational contexts have been discussed;
Family and intergenerational mediation;
and Mediation in customer service.
