The Councilor for Public Road of the City of Molina de Segura, Fuensanta Martínez Jiménez, visited, on Tuesday, October 8, the actions to improve the horizontal signage in the surroundings of the educational centers of the municipality, which are in their phase of ending.
The signaling of the crosswalks is being improved, with double-component paint, which guarantees greater durability, visibility and adhesion.
This measure to improve road safety was a proposal approved through the 2018 Participatory Budgeting process, for an amount of 60,000 euros, and has been carried out both in districts, urbanizations and in the urban area.
Specifically, more than 275 crosswalks have been improved, having a direct impact on improving the security of access of children and parents to educational centers.
