The Community Development Institute, in collaboration with the Department of Policies for Training and Labor Insertion of the Molina de Segura City Council, develops the Personalized Service Service program of the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) for long-term unemployed people .
The Personalized Service Service program for Molina de Segura and La Vega Media surpasses its equator with a high degree of compliance with its objectives, highlighting the care of some 80 people, of whom 65% are from Molina de Segura.
75% of the people who have participated are long-term unemployed women.
Taking into account that the program has exceeded half of its development and ends in March 2019, the degree of insertion achieved is remarkable, since it is around 20%.
This program, which subsidizes the Regional Employment and Training Service, has been developed in Molina de Segura since 2017 by the Community Development Institute, in collaboration with the Department of Policies for Training and Labor Insertion.
It is a program aimed at long-term unemployed people who manage non-profit associations close to the labor market, to address individual attention and guidance to these people.
The activities that it comprises are mainly of labor orientation through personalized itineraries and group workshops to increase employability in the municipality.
The Councilor for Policies for Training and Labor Insertion, Concepción Orenes Hernández, highlights that "the goal of the Department is to collaborate with the SEF so that Molina de Segura has resources like this Personalized Service so that people who are unemployed more time recover and acquire skills, receive personalized support to modify and strengthen their attitude to seek employment, improve their employment and do it in the shortest time possible.
