The opening ceremony will be attended by the Regional Minister of the Presidency of the Region of Murcia, Pedro Rivera Barrachina, the General Director of the EU, External Action and Cooperation, Manuel Pleguezuelo Alonso, the General Director of Health Care of the Ministry of Health, Roque Martínez Escandell, the President of the FADE Foundation, Macarena Perona Guillamón, and the Director-Manager of the Molina Hospital, Pedro Hernández Jiménez.
