The Nature Information Center Alto del Rellano of Molina de Segura, managed by the Department of the Environment of the Molinense City Council, opens its doors on Sunday, October 14, from 10:00 to 14:00.
In addition to offering information on the environmental, landscape, cultural and tourist resources of the environment, the center organizes two interesting activities.
At 10:30 a guided tour of the Cordel de los Valencianos will take place, a tour to learn about the importance of the livestock trails and get into the Sierra de Lúgar.
The participants will obtain information about the landscapes and their geological values, as well as the flora and fauna characteristic of them.
This activity will last two and a half hours, and is aimed at young people and adults.
It is a circular route of low-medium difficulty.
Participation is free and registration is not necessary, except for groups of more than 10 people.
The Nature Information Center also encourages visitors to visit the educational exhibition La historia de Molina through the fossils, which includes the sequence of the geological eras of the municipality through the interpretation of fossils, minerals and rocks.
