The Popular Parliamentary Group has registered a motion in the Regional Assembly requesting the Government of the nation to expedite as many measures as necessary for the construction of a Palace of Justice in Molina de Segura.
Adoración Molina, proponent deputy, supports her initiative in the data collected in the Judicial Report of the year 2017, which shows that the Region of Murcia currently has 121 judicial units, of which 83 exceed their workload and 31 duplicate, as is the case of the Court of Instance and Instruction of Molina de Segura.

In 2017, the courts and tribunals of the Community received 188,737 cases, of which 184,163 were resolved, representing an average of 1,560 per body.
Also, the number of judicial procedures increased by 3.4 percent, despite being one of the regions with fewer judges, 11 per 100,000 inhabitants.
