The Mayor of Molina de Segura, accompanied by the Councillor for Education, Mariola Martinez Robles, made, on Friday 26 February, a visit to the site where the construction of the new nursery school in the hamlet of El Llano de Molina.
The project is part of the educational plan 3 of the Ministry of Education, whose purpose is partnership with the Autonomous Communities and local councils to build new public squares of junior kindergarten, to reconcile work and family life.
In 2009, EDUCA Plan 3 allocated a total of 3,919,000 euros for the Region of Murcia, and the town of Molina de Segura has allocated within this plan to build a kindergarten center in the hamlet of El Llano de Molina, with an investment of 530,000 euros.
This kindergarten is built on a municipal site of 2,000 square meters, facing the Public School La Purisima.
The future facility should be built before December 2011, as envisaged in the decree.
In principle, are under 6 pieces: 2 classrooms for children 1 to 2 years and 4 classrooms for children from 2 to 3 years.
The ratio estimates a total of 13 students per unit (one year) and 20 (in 2 years).
Already in the 2008 call, the town of Molina de Segura got the creation of another nursery school in the area of Cañada de las Eras, whose construction will start next March 2010.
The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2010.
Construction will be on a municipal plot of 2,000 square meters and cost of works up to a total of 530,000 euros.
