The 16 projects that the city of Molina de Segura has been prepared for funding through the Local Intervention Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability 2010 have been presented at a press conference on Wednesday 27 January by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Linares Contreras, and the Government Delegate in the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Rafael González Tovar.

The total amount of the sixteen projects amounts to EUR 6,746,654.99, and it is estimated that will employ 259 workers during 2010.

Aggregate data are:

Environmental projects and improvement of urban sanitation: an investment of 2,702,398.67 euros.

Projects to build infrastructure and dependent assistance programs: an investment of 2,246,901.60 euros.

Optimizing energy saving and energy: investment of 1,372,790.12 euros.

Technology projects: an investment of 304,564.60 euros.

Other projects: investment of 120,000 euros.
