The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Government Delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, visited, on Friday 25 September, two of the works for the Local Investment Fund (FEIL), the new track future multi-sports day center AFESMO Association, and the new cover of the arena of the Bar Association of El Llano La Purisima de Molina.
The outdoor sports center is located next to the Infant School San Antonio, Calle Adolfo Suárez del Barrio de San Antonio, on land donated by the city of Molina de Segura to the Association of Relatives and Mentally Ill of Molina de Segura (AFESMO) to build a day center and workshops.
Under the Local Investment Fund for Employment, the Council has undertaken the project of implementation of earthmoving and construction of an outdoor sports court, with an investment of 150,000 euros.
The track has a total area of 900 m2 and has a rectangular shape (44x22 meters), with concrete pavement and marking game of basketball, volleyball, handball and football.
It has the following basic equipment: metal fencing background, galvanized mesh plastic six feet, two sets of basketball hoops, a game of handball goal, posts and nets, artificial lighting based on tapered galvanized steel columns and w. of 400 spotlights
sodium vapor with a light level of 250 lux.
With regard to the Public School La Purisima of El Llano de Molina, was carried out to build a sheet metal cover lacquered metal frame in the arena of the school.
This work is part of a joint project, which also includes the construction of other similar housing in the Rural College Golf Package Molina, in the hamlet of El Fenazar.
The total amount of both work amounts to 465,666.07 euros.
The Government Delegate has described as "exemplary" FEIL management by the City molinense and congratulated himself for the use made of it.
