Note from PSOE:
The Municipal Socialist investment demand urgent and profound reform of the center known as Hotel Business.
The PSOE will ask the support of municipal groups in plenary on Monday 28 September, to get the Business Hotel of the current situation of deteriorating parts of the building and accessibility, both outside and inside.
In addition to the condition of the building, the Socialist councilor calls Lola Ferre Business Hotel is intended solely to fulfill the main purpose for which it was created: to promote and enhance a local business incubator, housing and locating companies provisionally "new creation", to facilitate their development and boost the local economy.
Finally, the PSOE asks the City Council to support and improve the conditions under which this service is provided to businesses, such as flexibility and opening hours, availability of spaces, new technologies, better regulation of the use, respect for the rules on smoking, electricity, uniformity in licensing, insurance, etc.
In short, the PSOE calls for more facilities and better conditions to attract Molina young companies and start-ups, but this requires them to provide reasons for the current situation and Business Hotel is not the best way to do it.
The Socialist Party and denounced the situation of the Hotel Business, especially over the protests of young entrepreneurs located in therein.
But municipal officials of the PP have done little or nothing to improve the current poor condition.
