The Third Conference on Alzheimer When you lose the memories, organized by the Association of Relatives of Patients with Alzheimer and other dementias of Molina de Segura (AFAD Molina), in collaboration with the city of Molina de Segura, the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the Ministry of Health, Region of Murcia, the Federation of Associations of Relatives of Alzheimer in the Region of Murcia (FFEDARM), the University of Murcia, the Caja Mediterráneo (CAM) and the Medical Research Foundation Molina de Segura (FEM), taking place from Monday 28 to Wednesday 30 September, from 16.00 to 21.00 pm in the College of Education Child Paseo Rosales de Molina de Segura.
The sessions were presented at a press conference on Thursday 24 September by the Councillor for Social Welfare, Worship Molina López, Councillor for Health, Lola Vicente Quiles, and the President of AFAD, José Antonio López Gómez.
On the occasion of World Alzheimer's Day, commemorated on 21 September, a conference organized annually FFEDARM Alzheimer's each year are organized by one of the eight member associations.
This year has gone to such organization AFAD Molina.
The deadline for applications is Friday 25 September and the enrollment fee is 15 euros.
Planned activities included the conference Prospects for effective treatment of Alzheimer's disease, by Antonio Garcia Garcia, Professor and Director of the Institute molinense Teófilo Hernando de R & D of Pharmaceutical, Faculty of Medicine, University Madrid and President of the WEF, which will take place on Monday 28 September at 18.40.

- 16:00 pm: Physiotherapy Conference on Alzheimer's Disease, by José Carlos Gómez García, Afam physiotherapist and specialist in alternative therapies.

- 17:05 pm: Lecture When I am the memory of my father (Reflections on bioethics in dementia), by Luis Fernando Carlos Díez, Psychiatrist, Mental Health Center of San Andrés de Murcia.
Presenter: Carlos Sabatel, Managing Director of the Foundation Alzheimur.

Presents: Remedios Maurandi Guirard, Professor of the School of Social Work.
- 20:00: Closing of the conference and award diplomas.
AFAD Molina was born in January 2003 in Molina de Segura and arose from the inadequacy of health and social structures to meet the needs expressed by patients and their families.
It is located in Central El Jardin, Calle Professor Joaquín Abellán, No. 2, Molina de Segura.
Is financed by membership dues, public and private grants and donations, counting at all times with the support of the City of Molina de Segura, who has been working with Molina AFAD since 2004.
Moreover, this association has launched a project memory workshops for people with Alzheimer's disease, funded by CAM INTEGRA 2008.
