The two courses at the Universidad Internacional del Mar is offering this summer in Molina de Segura have been presented at a press conference Tuesday July 7, at City Hall molinense, by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Vice Chancellor University Extension, University of Murcia, Francisco Guillermo Díaz Baños, the Coordinator of the International University of the Sea, Manuela Lopez Tenes, and the Councillor for Education and Culture, Mariola Martinez Robles.
These are the following courses:
FRONTIERS IN THERAPEUTICS 2009, directed by Manuel García López and Antonio García García.
From 13 to 17 July (30 hours).
This course will be held at the College of Education Child Paseo Rosales, and is aimed at students, graduates and people interested in getting an updated and first hand specialists in different fields of therapy.
In this issue we have selected various topics that address different areas and therapeutic strategies to prevent, mitigate or cure human diseases.
These courses were initiated in 2003 and is aimed at the dissemination of biomedical sciences in the various sectors of society.
The deadline for entries is July 9.
SESSION VI neurodegenerative diseases.
ALZHEIMER'S AND PARKINSON'S DISEASE. From 22 to 24 September (20 hours), directed by María Trinidad Herrero Ezquerro, Faculty of Medicine of the University of Murcia, and will be held at the College of Education Child Paseo Rosales.
This course is aimed at people interested in the topic, and students and graduates.
The objectives of this course are: to update the knowledge of research (basic and clinical) and treatment of the two most prevalent neurodegenerative disease, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, and reflect on the health aspects of these diseases, both in economics, family and work.
The deadline for entries is September 15.
