The Government delegate visits the headquarters of Molina de Segura and welcomed the ten new civil guards newcomers (27/11/2008)

The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, this morning visited the barracks of the Guardia Civil de Molina de Segura, which has welcomed 10 new players entering it.

He stressed that with these new additions, the headquarters said its funding increased by 113 percent since 2004, from about 16 guards exist four years ago at 34 of the present moment.

The city of Molina de Segura is staffed by the National Police and State Security Force, Civil Guard acting in the most remote hamlets in the neighboring municipalities.

11.2 million euros in the State Budget

Contributions from the Government of Spain in Social Policy, Sanitation and water infrastructure for co-financing with the Autonomous Community

Moreover, the government delegate in Murcia has reported that in 2009 the Government of Spain will allocate EUR 1,138,000 of infrastructure improvements and social policy in Molina de Segura.

Thus, 50% funded with local and regional government social programs for seniors and basic services in social services, and also provide, through the budgets of the Autonomous Community funds to improve the sewerage system.

Specifically, a total of 443,000 euros will go towards the care of older people through the concerts that are set on Fatima and Ballesol Residences, as well as Day Care Centers in Molina de Segura Centre and the Foundation Carlos Soriano .

It will also bring an item of 95,000 euros to support basic services that the City offers the most in need through social services.

Finally, the delegate also pointed out that the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Murcia have plans to include a total of 600,000 that the state will provide through the Inter-Territorial Compensation Fund to carry out the defendant extension of sewerage network and treatment in the north of Molina de Segura (districts and residential areas).
