Full press release of the Municipal Group Socialist Molina
The Municipal Socialist denounces the practice work stoppage Industrial Estate gunpowder, "Right Margin" and the fact that the city of Molina de Segura they charge the owner for work not performed.
The price of this work amounts to almost € 2.5 million, were awarded to DG ASFALTOS (in Local Government of October 16, 2007) and the execution time was estimated at eight months, so it must be concluded on 16 June.
According Owners Association PERI - 7, delivered to the City half the cost of the works on 4 February despite that had not yet begun, and today, still not completed as they do not understand is demanding and the second and final payment thereof.
There are about 30 property owners affected, with businesses affected by the stoppage of works and the inaction of the City Council.
Works that, on the other hand, are essential as they involve the modernization of IP powder and reform of basic infrastructure for the proper functioning thereof as may be sanitation, drainage, street paving, lighting, etc.
The PSOE PP requires the government to, within 10 days, a satisfactory solution to people and business owners affected by the works unfinished PERI -7 and is stopped collecting the second payment they have to make owners in December as it is an absolute gall to charge for work not performed, for works that have hardly been started (in case there is not a single labor certification).
