The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 13 November, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government on 28 October and 4 and 11 November.
Included the approval of the call for grants for extracurricular activities in schools, and award of works to expand potable water services in La Hoya de El Fenazar.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 15 building permits for the construction of 2 dwellings.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), 20,705 euros, while through the rubble spills rate has raised 6,123 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 203 building permits for the construction of 619 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 14 urban, for a total of 78,385 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted during this year amounted to 162.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 1,891,862 euros, especially concerning works of the adequacy of the Multipurpose Hall of the Teatro Villa de Molina, El Mirador conditioning Castillo and House of Maita, adequacy of the A5 road to the urban environment of Molina, etc.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Provisional allotment of the work to expand the water service in La Hoya in the hamlet of El Fenazar, amounting to 150,060 euros, the company Impamar.
Provisional award counseling service, maintenance and cleaning of Canada Sports Hall of Ages, amounting to 112,849 euros, the company Ferrovial Servicios.
Adoption of the proposed extension of water networks in the hamlet of Comala, amounting to 80,240 euros.
"Statement of requirements of two self-service terminals sports management software and access to the Municipal Sports Pavilion The Romeral and Sawmills.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Department of Education, Culture and Festivities
Approval of spending 28,000 euros for the organization of the XII Choral Festival Villancicos de Molina.
Approval of notice of grant of 31,667 euros for extracurricular activities in schools during the months from October to December 2008.
Social Welfare Department
Approval of an agreement with the Autonomous Pia Carlos Soriano Foundation for the care of older people in home stay arrangements under which the foundation will receive a municipal subsidy of 36,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with the Immigration Platform Molina de Segura for office rent, according to which the platform will receive a municipal subsidy of 23,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with Red Cross for the provision of Telecare service, whereby this institution will receive a municipal subsidy of 40,034 euros.
Sports Department
Approval of a grant of 10,000 euros for the IES Vega del Tader by the use of their facilities during 2008.
Youth Council
Approval of aid to students who participate as correspondents of the Youth Information Points public secondary schools in the municipality, for a total of 2,560 euros.
Department of Citizen Participation
Approval of an agreement with the Federation of Neighbourhood Associations of Molina de Segura Interbarrios for the development of resident involvement activities and operation, under which the federation will receive a municipal subsidy of 6,000 euros.
Housing Department
Approval of submission of this City at the invitation of the Institute of Housing to dispose of parcels in and near Las Yesera Alguazas Road and Camino de la Huerta.
Approval of an agreement with the Institute for accommodation for the repair of houses of public promotion.
