The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 23 October, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government 7, 14 and 21 October.
Is the approval of four cooperation agreements with the associations Afesmo, Caritas, Red Cross and Astrapace, and the award of renovation of public lighting in the town.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 7 building permits for the construction of 6 houses.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), 27,915 euros, while through the rubble spills rate has raised 1,663 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 188 building permits for the construction of 617 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 12 urban, for a total of 70,253 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted during this year amounted to 148.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 142,418 euros, especially concerning work: changing the football field in the neighborhood of San Miguel, replacement of sanitation of the Center for New Ventures Business Hotel, conditioning access to the Children's Traffic Park and construction of it, and conditioning of Mirador de El Castillo and Maita House.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Award of the paving of sidewalks in Calle Los Pasos, amounting to 37,188 euros, the company, Pipes and Channels.
Approval of the tender for supply of electricity in the Town Hall buildings, amounting in total to 286,484 euros.
Approval of the project for upgrading the Garden of Pilar and prolonged conditioning Abellán García Calle, Barrio de Las Penet, in the hamlet of La Ribera de Molina, amounting to 166,817 euros.
Final award of the construction of foundations and masonry walls and roof of the School Council Oven Workshop, for a total of 103,305 euros, the company Lorquimur.
Award of the renovation of public lighting in the village, for a total of 155,391 euros, the company Electromur.
Most refurbished lighting points will be installed in the Barrio de San Antonio (125), the District Raft Lino (32) and district of La Ribera de Molina (42).
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Department of Culture and Festivities
Approval of expenditure of EUR 151 919 for programming the Teatro Villa de Molina for the months from October to December 2008.
Social Welfare Department
Approval of an agreement with AFESMO for the development of collective housing project for immigrants with mental illness, according to which the local association will receive a grant of 10,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with Caritas for the project host and urgent care to immigrants, according to which the local association will receive a grant of 25,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with Red Cross to develop the program by supporting immigrants Concilia program, under which the institution will receive a municipal subsidy of 15,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with ASTRAPACE for project development assistance to persons with disabilities, according to which the association will receive a municipal subsidy of 76,400 euros.
