A group of about 20 volunteers, coordinated by the social and environmental educator and biologist of the Department of Environment of the City of Molina de Segura, has made cleaning and planting of 70 native trees in riparian Soto of Los Alamos next to the Segura River in the hamlet of El Llano, within the Environmental Volunteer Program.

On Saturday 18 October, the volunteer program professionals employed by the council, Yelo Nestor and Virginia Pina, in collaboration with the Operator for the Conservation of Natural Areas de Molina, Paco Lozano, and accompanied by a group of about 20 volunteers (Molina de Segura and other municipalities in the region such as Sewer, Murcia, Cotillas Towers and Fortuna) Provided recognition of the major plant species present in the River Segura Soto La Hijuela, recovered natural space environmentally by the City for 8 years, then moved to Soto of Los Alamos to take part in cleaning up the area and planting of elms, poplars, and Baladres tarays.
