The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 2 October, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government on 16, 23 and 30 September.
Emphasizes the recruitment of teachers in eight occupational training courses for the unemployed, and the awarding of several works in villages.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 10 building permits for the construction of 197 houses.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO) EUR 218,976, while over the rate of discharges of debris has collected 47,464 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 181 building permits for the construction of 611 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 10 urban, for a total of 54,315 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted this year reached 136.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 1,269,300 euros, especially concerning work: splitting and A5 highway improvement Molina / Fortuna, replacement of urban services in Street Mayor, and construction of the Conservatory.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Recruitment of teachers for eight training courses for unemployed people in the Department of Public Works and Employment, for a total of 134,025 euros, companies like Hospital de Molina, Neotel Inforges or Catering.
The courses are: kitchen assistant, home care assistant, nursing assistant in geriatrics, installer of solar power, telephone operator office receptionist, hospital nursing assistant, technical, food quality control and technical analysis of foods .
Also, approval of the terms of call for the selection of managers, teachers and support staff, students and workers, the employment workshop Women's Molina.
Approval of the proposed extension of water service in La Hoya de El Fenazar, Phase I, amounting to 196,158 euros.
Final award of the construction of gutters in the old national road 301, in gunpowder, amounting to 214,224 euros, a joint venture Urbamasa Sercom and Construction.
Final award of the service diversion works on Calle Ebro, electrical supply Conservatory of Music, underground medium voltage line and transformer station in the Enclave of the Wall, amounting to 115,800 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
Final award of the works of urban services and replacement of flooring in Water Street, and performance improvement firm on different streets of the hamlet of El Llano de Molina, amounting to 90,225 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
Final award of the work of burying organic waste container, glass and cardboard in the streets Triomphe and Eduardo Linares, included within the district actions to improve the place spot, for a total of 215,000 euros, the company Construcciones López and Torres.
Provisional allotment of development works at Calle Vereda collector of the hamlet of El Llano de Molina, amounting to 254,693 euros, in Schillings Brothers Construction Company.
Provisional allotment of the rehabilitation works council Oven (Trade School), amounting to 103,306 euros, the company Lorquimur.
Provisional allotment of public lighting works in the district of La Ribera, amounting to 155,391 euros, the company Electromur.
