Press release submitted by PSOE:
"Errors" and alleged irregularities that appeared in this matter, and were detected and warned by the Socialist councilors, led to the withdrawal of the agenda of the plenary on April 3 that point and the creation of a Commission of Inquiry.
The Commission of Inquiry has been closed with a proposal for opinion of the Mayor in which he is forced to agree with the neighbors and the PSOE, giving as "invalid" the process undertaken to date and requires Compensation Board to submit a new project.
The first concern of the Socialist Group in the Committee was to clarify the "errors" apparent from the record, but the PP government was not detected until then.

In addition to political accountability, the Socialist Party proposed as an addition to the proposed opinion of Mr. Mayor to adopt the following measures:

Conduct an external audit of urban management of the City of Molina de Segura in his last four years.
2.
Increase transparency, public information and citizen participation in the agreements and instruments that deal with urban development in the city of Molina de Segura.
3.
Take all legal measures available to the City Council to direct financial responsibility for public offices that have approved plans or illegal works and technicians have informed the fair.
These proposals were rejected in the commission of inquiry so that the PSOE had voted against the ruling.
