The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, accompanied by Councilman Public Roads, Vicente Fernandez Oliva, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 14 August, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Local Government Committee held on 15, 22 and 29 July and 5 and 12 August.
Highlights the award of the work of the second phase of remodeling the first floor, left side of City Hall and the approval of the renewal of street lighting in the town and the hamlet of La Ribera de Molina.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 21 building permits for the construction of 209 houses and a warehouse.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO) EUR 338,725, while over the rate of discharges of debris has collected 43,841 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 155 building permits for the construction of 406 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 26 urban, for a total of 183,871 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted during this year amounted to 117.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 1,210,263 euros, especially concerning work: building sports courts covered in schools San Miguel and San Antonio, extension Medical Clinic Alcayna, splitting and A5 highway improvement Molina / Fortuna, and construction of the Secondary School of the Molineta.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Award, by competition, the maintenance of lights in the town, amounting to 110,022 euros, the company Murtrafic.
Final award of the construction of a skateboarding park at Polideportivo El Romeral Ciacomur the company.
Final adjudication of earthworks adjacent parcel to the City of Transportation, for an amount of 59,900 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
Final award of the refurbishment of the ground floor, left side, the main building of City Hall, for an amount of 262,445 euros, and Urbamasa Impamar.
The works have started this week.
Final award of the refurbishment of the Mirador area in the Park Municipal Traffic and Road Safety Education Technology Center keeps, for an amount of 83,000 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
Provisional Allotment provision of fireworks to the festivity, for an amount of 26,100 euros, the company Pyrotechnics Alpujarra Our Lady of Martirio.
Provisional award of the works of underground Main Street container for aesthetic enhancement of the Mall Open, amounting to 100,974 euros, the company Sercom.
Approval of memory assessed for the air conditioning in the Secondary School of the Molineta, amounting to 479,936 euros.
Approval of the proposed replacement of sewerage and rainwater collector for conditioning at Calle Vereda de El Llano de Molina, performance included Pedanías Plan 2008/2009, amounting to 299,639 euros.
Approval of the proposed replacement and improvement of urban services firm Water Street Llano de Molina, action included in the Plan of Pedanías 2008/2009, amounting to 100,361 euros.
Approval of the project for the refurbishment of Peripheral Health Care Center in the hamlet of El Fenazar, amounting to 22,183 euros.
Approval of the foundation works to strengthen existing walls and roof of the old town, within the rehabilitation project Oven, Trade School, amounting to 103,565 euros.
Approval of the renovation of street lighting in town and district of La Ribera de Molina, amounting to 176,961 euros.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Department of Education
Approval of an agreement with the Federation of Associations of Parents of Pupils (FAPA) for operating expenses, according to which municipal receive a grant of 5,000 euros.
Approval of an agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Region of Murcia for the establishment of an Occupational Classroom Control Prevention and Truancy.
Department of Public Safety
Approval of a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of the Presidency for the construction of a local police headquarters in the urbanization of Alcayna.
Social Welfare Department
Approval of an agreement with La Caixa and the Autonomous Community of Murcia Region Senior Program cinema, worth 3,000 euros.
Approval of the proposed construction of a Centre for Child Care in La Alcayna, with a grant from the Autonomous Community of Murcia region of 500,000 euros.
