Nursery Course and Public Service Employee, organized by the Center for Training, Employment and Marketing, SA (FEYCSA EEC) in collaboration with the city of Molina de Segura, starts nursery in the City of Molina, and has the participation of 15 students with intellectual disabilities.

With a duration of 550 hours, the course was requested by FEYCSA EEC to benefit unemployed people with intellectual disabilities in the municipality of Molina de Segura.

FEYCSA is a company created in 2000 and its purpose is to create employment for people with disabilities.

Is classified as a special employment center for the SEF in 2001 by having over 90% of workers with disabilities in their workforce.

The company has been promoted by Astus, Astrapace, Assido, holding and Apandis CARTAGENA, all nonprofit organizations, families that promote quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities.

FEYCSA common with these associations, members of FEAPS Region of Murcia, in order to integrate socially and occupationally disabled workers.

In addition, it serves to other groups with disabilities through collaboration with the labor exchange of the Delegation of Murcia Social Fundosa Consulting (HR firm ONCE Foundation).

The City Council EEC FEYCSA molinense and recently signed a collaboration agreement for the social integration of disabled people in the town of Molina de Segura, in order to establish a channel to cover possible needs of the City of Molina de Segura, using different formulas of social integration, such as hiring workers with disabilities in special education (in sheltered employment contract) and training system (pre-labor practices), and collaboration for the promotion of training contracts by the municipality (under normal procurement) parallel allowing the creation of jobs for people with disabilities through the Special Employment Centre FEYCSA in services: Ordinance, Concierge and Assistant Directors, Gardening and Cleaning, and assisted transportation for people with mobility problems and services related to the Municipal Office Care of the Disabled.
