The draw to select people who are entitled to the purchase of a typical public protection (PPV) to be built in the urbanization of Molina de Segura Altorreal was held Saturday May 24 at 10.00 pm in the auditorium of the Centro Las Balsas.
Attended the event, among others, the mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Councillor for Housing, Cayetano Ros Dolera, Secretary General of the City, Maria Dolores Martín-Gil, and two volunteers from the public to draw the numbers draw.
The draw has been made between applicants with the same score tied in the scale laid down in the specifications.
These ties were rated in fourteen sections, so they have all been drawn, and, as a result has been established a final list whose order is decided by the drawing.
The final list of sweepstakes will be displayed in the Portal Digital City (www.molinadesegura.es, under Department of Housing) and the Town Hall Bulletin Board.
Once the deadline for submission of claims, the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura approved on Tuesday May 20 the final list of applicants for public housing in ranked order, with a total of 435 enrolled, which are now entered into the draw to establish the final ranking list of stakeholders, including those tied on points.
The City of Molina de Segura approved last March, the sale by public tender, parcels of municipal M/18 and M/21 Altorreal for the construction of such housing to the company management and projects of the Southeast, SL.
The total amount of the two parcels amounting to EUR 2,969,807.63, for construction of 190 homes, 190 garages and 214 lumber.
The deadline for submitting purchase requests in the Department of Housing ended 31 March.
As recorded by the final project will be built 62 houses of 62.40 m2 (84 m2) with two bedrooms, 126 m2 housing 72.80 (92 m2) with three bedrooms and 2 more houses with four bedrooms.
Ten homes will be adapted for people with disabilities.
The works should start within 4 months and be completed within 27 months from the date of notification of award.
The official price set by the decree published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia is maximum EUR 1379.60 m2 for housing and maximum of 828 euros per m2 for storage rooms and garages (60% of housing) , although these properties are subject to a lower price.
