The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, is traveling this week in the Saharan town of Tifariti (liberated territories) of Western Sahara, on the occasion of the celebration of the commemoration of the thirty-fifth anniversary of the creation of the Polisario Front to be held on Tuesday 20 May.

This event has a profound meaning in the collective memory of the Saharawi people.

The official delegation of the City of Molina de Segura is composed, in addition to the Mayor, the President of the Association of Friends of the Saharawi people of Molina de Segura, Francisco Matias Garcia, and Deputy Saharawi for Murcia, Saad Mami.

The delegation traveled on Sunday 18 May to Refugee Camps in Tindouf, Algiers and from there moved to the town of Tifariti, where he remained until Thursday May 22, the day that end all celebrations.
