The Fourth Conference of Osteopathy and II International Symposium of Osteopathy City Molina held on Saturday February 13 with the participation of speakers from four countries (08/02/2016)

The Fourth Conference of Osteopathy and II International Symposium of Osteopathy City Molina, organized by the International School of Osteopathic Madrid (EOM), the Hospital de Molina and the City of Molina de Segura, held on Saturday 13 February, from 09.30 pm in the Centro Las Balsas (Calle Cartagena, next to Plaza of Griffins).

The opening ceremony will take place at 11.30 am.

The event was presented at a press conference on Monday, February 8, in the molinense City Council, the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the Managing Director of the Hospital de Molina, Pedro Hernández Jiménez, and codirector of the EOM in Murcia and member of the Scientific Committee of the Symposium, Antonio Martinez Franco.

Under the title and osteopathic fascial therapeutic concept, the scientific event will bring together approximately two hundred professionals in physiotherapy, from all over Spain, which will hear speakers from four countries (Spain, France, Italy and Brazil).

The program of activities is as follows:

At 1145 hours: Physiology of the fascia, by Prof. Dr. Andrea Turrina, Physiotherapist and Osteopath, coauthor of the book Creeping fascial and Director School of Osteopathy of Madrid in Italy.

At 1230 hours: Fascia and proprioception, by Professor Dr. Carla Stecco Specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology and Professor, Department of Anatomy, University of Padova..

At 1315 hours fascial techniques in osteopathic medicine, by Prof. Dr. Francois Ricard, Physiotherapist, Osteopath and CEO of Studies EOM.

COLLOQUIUM.
