The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Francisco Barnabas met this week with the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras, to advance the proposal to improve local bus service between the historic old town and the districts and neighborhoods of environment.
Barnabas reported that "the regional government is determined to promote a substantial improvement of public transport throughout the region and certainly the town of Molina de Segura can not be oblivious to that goal."
For this, the regional administration is working in coordination with the City to 45,000 bus users to benefit from the projected improvements in the service, plus all those new users who may use the same with the creation of new routes.
Today, the bus line provides service between the districts of La Ribera de Molina and The Brave, passing through the town of Molina de Segura and developments of Pine-Romeral, rabbits and Alcayna.
The improvement to be introduced in said line enabling a direct communication with the Chorrico developments, Altorreal and Montepríncipe also increase the services they currently receive the brave, Pine-Romeral, rabbits and Alcayna.
Also, the increasing number of expeditions and its extension to every day of the week is contemplated, including Sundays and holidays, which will benefit the users as increased frequency of passing buses.
