The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, has filed a motion on remuneration and allowances to council members for consideration by the extraordinary plenary session of the new organization molinense Corporation to be held on Thursday July 25 at 18:00 hours.
The full text of the motion is as follows:
MOTION
In accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the bases of local government, the House of the Corporation adopted the following resolutions concerning dedicated, remuneration is proposed and compensation for attending council meetings municipal colleges:
First PP Group
a) The remuneration for full-time Mayor is set in the amount of € 65,000.00 per year gross.
b) The remuneration for exclusive dedication of the Spokesman for the PP group is fixed in the amount of € 59,828.00 per year gross.
c) The remuneration for full-time councilors with delegated powers, is set in the amount of € 53,146.00 per year gross.
Dona Maria Worship Molina López, Mrs. Sonia Carrillo Marble, María Dolores Vicente Quiles, Miguel Angel Rodriguez Torres, Maria de los Remedios Lopez Paredes: d) the exclusive dedication of the mayor and seven councilors and councilors following is agreed Dona Josefa Maria Pilar Hernandez and Juan Antonio Cano Gomariz Salar.
e) The remaining councilors receive compensation for the actual attendance at the meetings of the municipal collegiate bodies forming part of, amounting to 450.00 euros per meeting, with a limit of 1,800.00 euros / month.
Second Group PSOE
a) The remuneration for exclusive dedication of the PSOE spokesman Group is set at the amount of € 53,146.00 per year gross.
b) the exclusive dedication of Councilwoman Dona Esther Clavero Look, PSOE spokesman remember.
c) The remaining councilors receive compensation for the actual attendance at the meetings of the municipal collegiate bodies forming part of, amounting to 450.00 euros per meeting, with a limit of 900.00 euros / month.
Third Group C's
a) The remuneration for dedicated Spokesman's Group C is set in the amount of € 53,146.00 per year gross.
b) the full-time Alderman Don Estanislao Vidal Pujante spokesman Remember C's.
c) The remaining councilors receive compensation for the actual attendance at the meetings of the municipal collegiate bodies forming part of, amounting to 450.00 euros per meeting, with a limit of 900.00 euros / month.
Fourth: CMS Group
a) The remuneration for full-time CMS Spokesman Group is set at the amount of € 53,146.00 per year gross.
b) the full-time councilor Fernando Manuel Hurtado Miñana remember.
c) The remaining councilors receive compensation for the actual attendance at the meetings of the municipal collegiate bodies forming part of, amounting to 450.00 euros per meeting, with a limit of 900.00 euros / month.
Fifth: Winning Group Molina.IP
Councilman Antonio Lopez Vidal, receive compensation for the actual attendance at the meetings of the municipal collegiate bodies of which it forms part, amounting to 450.00 euros per meeting, with a limit of 1,800.00 euros / month.
Sixth: The remuneration shall be collected by dedicated ladies and gentlemen councilors in 14 payments spread over 12 months and 2 extraordinary in the months of June and December and will discharge thereof in Social Security.
Seventh: The councilors who are not dedicated receive effective assistance for attendance at the meetings of the organs of the municipal colleges to become part: Fee, Local Government, informative commissions, sector councils and special commissions.
Eighth: The agreements on remuneration and dedicated will have effect from the day June 13, 2015, date of the constitution of the Plenary Council, in the case of councilors and repeat for the remaining mandate from the day following the date Adoption of this agreement.
