The project therapies against Oblivion, which promotes the Association of Relatives of Patients with Alzheimer's or other dementias Molina de Segura (AFAD Molina) of, funded by Obra Social La Caixa, was presented at a press conference today Thursday, June 4, molinense in City Hall.
The press conference was hosted by Acting Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, President of AFAD, Trinidad Gomez Garcia, Director of Business Area la Caixa in Molina de Segura, Jose Eugenio Ruiz Martinez, Director Caixa office on Avenida de Madrid of Molina de Segura, Jose Francisco Gomez Campuzano, and the Councillor for Social Welfare in office, Lola Vicente Quiles.
Social work la Caixa approved the project Therapies Against Forgetting, in the promotion of autonomy and call attention to disability and dependence 2015. The project has a duration of one year: it begins on September 1, 2015 and ends on September 30, 2016.
The workshops will be carried out through this project are:
- Plastic workshop.
- Workshop on Cognitive Therapies.
- Art Therapy Workshop.
- Music Therapy Workshop.
- Family Information Service.
Events take place at the headquarters of AFAD MOLINA, located in Garden Center, Calle Professor Joaquin Abellan, No. 2 of Molina de Segura, in the morning and afternoon.
