The Procession of Silence is celebrated on Holy Thursday April 2, organized by the Illustrious Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of Sorrows (31/03/2015)

The Illustrious Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of Sorrows of Molina de Segura organized for thirty consecutive year, the Procession of Silence, which shows off its beautiful religious images, Maundy Thursday April 2, at 21.00.

The procession starts at the Ermita de San Roque, with images of: the Fall of Jesus Nazareno, by Luis Salmeron;

Sorrows, molinense sculptor Bernabé Gil;

and the Holy Christ of Sorrows, head of the Brotherhood, Gil de Bernabé work also.

All this amidst a strict order and a touching silence, punctuated by the sound of arrows at some points of the route.

The procession runs along Calle Mayor, Street Station, Paseo Rosales, Street Culture, Street Pensioner, Plaza de la Iglesia de Nuestra. Sra. De la Asunción, Consolacion Street Plaza Immaculate Sepulchre Street, Main Street, ending back in the Hermitage of San Roque, where the image of the Fall and the Dolorosa receive the holder of the Brotherhood.

With the arrival of the Christ of Sorrows in the Plaza de la Iglesia Nuestra. Sra. De la Asunción, the temple doors open to pray the Our Father and sing an arrow.

The Illustrious Brotherhood of the Holy Christ of Sorrows is headquartered in the Ermita de San Roque and was the first in processions during Holy Week molinense after restoring it in 1986, why it is known as the mother brotherhood.
