The Department of Tourism of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the Institute of Tourism in the Region of Murcia, has organized the free tour FIREPLACE BETWEEN directed to the public in general, to be held on Saturday March 14, at 11.00.
An official tourist guide will show the route between Fireplaces, making a tour of some of the chimneys still standing in Molina de Segura, part of the industrial past of the city.
Alongside these fireplaces in some places have been installing sculptures by contemporary artists of prestige, so that manufacturing spaces in the past have been converted into recreational and cultural spaces for the enjoyment of citizens, as modern square MUDEM ( Museum of the Enclave of the Wall).

The visit begins in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, travels the Paseo Rosales and reaches the Plaza de La Molinera, where you can see the fireplace Hernández Pérez and Pepe Yagües sculpture and the fireplace Maximino Moreno and Lady de Molina Manolo Valdés.
Continued by: Pensioner Street, where the Tourist Office is located;
Plaza of the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption..;
and finally, the Mirador del Castillo.
The route takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Both the duration and path routes allow them to be suitable for all audiences.
