The Assessment Day Participatory Budget Process Citizen in 2015, organized by the City of Molina de Segura and the local board of Citizen Participation under the slogan reflect and advance themselves together s.
Towards real and effective through Participatory Budgeting in the town of Molina de Segura Citizen Participation, held on Saturday March 14, from 08.30 to 14.00, in the auditorium of the Centro Las Balsas (Calle Cartagena, together Plaza of Griffins).
For the first time, Molina de Segura has developed a Participatory Budgeting process, driven by the citizens, to decide on the implementation of part of the Municipal Budget.
A part process which represents a landmark and a national success, backed by the political will of all political groups represented in the Municipal Corporation.
A process with many positive things, but not without drawbacks and failures, we have to analyze and evaluate to improve the way of how to conduct the participatory budget of the following year.
To do this, it will be used as an instrument this Assessment Day, whose PROGRAM is as follows:
08.30 to 09.00: reception, identification and delivery of documents.
09.00 to 10.00: welcome greeting by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares.
Introducing the Assessment Day, by the President of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations Interbarrios, Antonio Sáez Fernández.
Exhibition: 1) evaluation Participatory Processes, by Pepe Molina Molina;
and 2) the internal evaluation of the project by Juan Francisco García Saorín.
Then turn to questions, clarifications and exchange of views by the attendees.
10.00 to 10.30: break, coffee and organizing groups.
10.30 to 12.30: work in groups Area Boards.
Individual work on the document Elements for collective reflection: Coordination, methodology and results of the implementation of the Participatory Budget 2015;
and suggestions for improvements to the Participatory Budget 2016 and appointment of delegates to the Group Facilitator.
12.30 to 13.30: exhibition in plenary conclusions.
Debate among participants.
To inform delegates to the Group Facilitator.
13.30 to 14.00: exchange of views.
End of the day.
The activity is intended for members of neighborhood associations, members of the Area Boards, attending the process of Participatory Budgeting (delegates, representatives of the working committees, attending meetings), members of political groups, and the general .
