The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Environment, has the support of 286 commercial establishments and restaurant in the dissemination and uptake of volunteers for Environmental Volunteer Program Voluntari @ s by Campotéjar, which developed within the European project LIFE + for the conservation of the White-headed Duck (Oxyura leucocephala).

This program, which takes a month of operation, intended to involve and raise awareness in performing actions that contribute to knowledge, conservation, improvement and enhancement of Las Lagunas de Campotéjar, the White-headed Duck and the species that live.

Among the actions for the dissemination of the program and recruitment of volunteers, the Department of Environment decided to go for the involvement of the commercial sector, a sector with great importance in the town of Molina de Segura and has been very interested in this collaboration.

The Councillor for Environment, Juana Carrillo Muñoz, wants to "thank all the establishments that have been given to work with this program, their interest and the important contribution that this simple gesture, made for the conservation of the environmental values ​​of our environment. "

Two environmental educators have visited for one month at 300 establishments.
