The PSOE achieved a compromise for urgent settlement of the Molina-Sewer road (02/03/2015)

The PSOE spokesman in Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero, has achieved Council's commitment to it is fixed urgently the "calamitous" road between Molina with Sewell, in which are located the districts of Torrealta and Ribera de Molina.

The Municipal Corporation unanimously approved at its last plenary a motion of Clavero, who is also a candidate for mayor, urging the Autonomous Community to budget urgently settling the Molina-Sewer (RM-560) road and undertake the necessary work for conditioning.

Since 2001 the Municipal Socialist Group is claiming the settlement of this road, "which at that time and bear dense traffic and pedestrians, and now is enhanced by the development of the residential Mirador Bittersweet".

"On at least six occasions have brought to this House initiatives to request the remodeling and refurbishment of this regional road, if it was already in a deteriorating situation back then is now in an even more parlous state with poor pavement condition , landslides, lack of visibility, etc. which seriously affect safety, "said Clavero.

Moreover, the House gave its approval to a proposal of the socialist group to develop a plan of social and urban rehabilitation of the district of San Roque, establishing various phases of action to prevent further deterioration of the area and promote economic development.

Not the first time that the Socialists raised the need to address a plan of these features to one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, although in the past the PP voted against.

Socialist spokesman said the San Roque "is one of the areas of our city that requires investment by the Administration to address once and for all deficiencies that suffers."

In plenary, his partner, Councilman José Oliva, requested that the City Council approve various agreements in order, first, to address security problems for deficiencies that affect Fayren park, like falling rocks, repair streetlights and any damage that affects the safety of the residents who come to this area.

On the other hand, also requested the implementation of an emergency plan to solve the problems of soil in the area and ensure the cleanliness of the environment.

According to the motion passed, the security of the area will also be ensured through increased police presence because, Oliva, is a demand of the residents of San Roque.
