The Pavilion Serrerías Molina de Segura live on 27 and 28 December a real party to the dispute Basketball Christmas Tournament "Campillo Palmera" Molina Basket for teams juvenile category.
This second edition will feature the participation of clubs Reference Murcia and neighboring provinces, such as Alicante and Albacete.
As in the first edition, this event has charitable status.
Thus, the club Basket Molina takes this opportunity to collaborate with Red Cross.
Besides its solidarity purpose, Christmas Tournament want to promote sports among the smallest and offers children the chance to live a unique experience during their winter vacation.
In this edition of the Christmas basketball tournament six teams of juvenile category with clubs representing the provinces of Murcia, Alicante and Albacete involved.
Thus, taking part in the Athletic Club Montemar de Alicante, the Basketball Club Polideportivo La Roda, two sets of UCAM Murcia and the two teams from the host club fry Molina Basket event.
For competition has established two groups: one of them will be the CA Montemar (Alicante), the UCAM Murcia "Antelo" and hosts the Dental Clinic Galvez MB;
in the other group CE Miliaria La Roda (Albacete) and UCAM Murcia "Heads" will accompany local The Linde MB.
The tournament is played in two phases.
During the day on Saturday defeating the group stage (Group A and Group B, each with 3 teams) is provided.
The top two from each are passed to the semifinals.
For Sunday 28 is the qualifiers, with those semifinals, fight for fifth place, bronze match and final.
There will also be competitions triples, skill and novelty, the "mix-team".
The Christmas Tournament Molina Basket has the support of the Sports Department of Molina de Segura and some of the most important companies in our region, as Hero or Campillo Palmera.
