SERCOMOSA presents positive results of the poll on the valuation of services in Molina de Segura (19/12/2014)

The company has commissioned services SERCOMOSA Tandis the development of a survey on the valuation of services in Molina de Segura, whose results were presented Friday December 19, in the Hall of City Hall.

Most of the population in the three areas (town, villages and estates) makes a positive assessment of the provision of all municipal services.

Clear identification of Sercomosa as manager services.

75% of respondents identified the village Sercomosa as the company that manages the municipal services;

figure that falls in the other two areas up to 66% on estates and 63.3% in the districts.

Under knowledge / use of services such as Ecoparque and Collection home fixtures.

Different unsuitable goods in containers of organic waste are observed.

Positive Rating stockings above the approved operation of services.

Questioning street cleaning.

Only half of the population is satisfied.

Also cleaning garbage containers, subject to review by the high percentage of those who do not consider them clean.

Consideration of respondents regarding the cleaning of containers is not as positive as those made about the different services: only 24.1% of the population makes a positive judgment.

Investing more in: street cleaning, sewer operation and gardening.

Two services clearly stand above the rest in relation to the need to invest more street cleaning, with 49.5% of respondents, followed by the operation of the sewer, with 32.6%.

The taste of water is not approved for the whole population.

The assessment is negative in all three areas.

The three areas account for more than 50% of scores between 1 and 4: In the village the figure rises to 58.4%;

in the districts to 52% and the developments at 54.7%.
