The municipal government of PP in Molina de Segura has abandoned to their fate employers in the city, as it has not moved a finger to build a business and industrial park to boost economic recovery plan approved by the City Council in 2004 and who returned to the House unanimously agreed in December 2011. This was denounced the PSOE candidate for Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero, which ensures that the mayor, Eduardo Contreras, is in breach of the agreements enshrined in the Consistory all political groups to support the creation of businesses and jobs.
Therefore, the Socialist candidate has filed a motion to be discussed at the next plenary session of the City, to "accelerate immediately developing the full agreement of July 5, 2004, on the proposal of the Municipal Group was approved the PSOE to create an industrial business park public, so as to put in place quickly to help boost local development and job creation. "
In addition, Clavero urges the council to develop an investment plan of conservation and maintenance of the industrial estates of Molina de Segura in cooperation with the governing bodies and companies located in the same, with a corresponding budget allocation for 2015, so as to allow the receipt of such infrastructure in the legal conditions.
The candidate of the Socialist Party calls "the City bets on collaboration in the conservation and improvement of basic infrastructure of industrial estates" in line with the demands of the companies located in them.
In full verbatim July 2004 agreed to "provide Molina de Segura of a municipal industrial park public, about 3,500,000 square meters, which ensures sufficient for economic, industrial and business development of industrial land in the municipality future, you have a few services and modern, complete and adapted to changing times infrastructures. The Socialist candidate recalls that after further motion of the PSOE in December 2011 the City Council agreed to comply with the agreement in 2004 to declare the construction business and industrial park as performance of municipal interest and "to establish a special committee composed of representatives economic, social and neighborhood to propel Corporation, whose work will culminate with a proposal that will be raised to plenary in June 2012 ".
And passed, indicates Clavero, "increase collaboration with entities of current urban industrial sites, in order to good management and operation" and ask the regional government, the State and the European Union financial support and management for the new business and industrial park.
In these terms, Clavero presented as regional deputy, amendments to regional budgets for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 requesting the inclusion of the activities of an industrial and business park of a public nature in Molina de Segura and every year these amendments have been rejected by the regional deputies of the PP.
"The mayor has not fulfilled the agreement, thus abandoning the businessmen and industrialists Molina, and is doing nothing to boost economic recovery of the city. It seems that Contreras is deaf to the demands of employers," said Clavero.
Complaints of entrepreneurs
The Socialist candidate also explains that a few months ago the Federation of Business Parks in the Region of Murcia (Fepemur) denounced the abandonment of some business parks by the lack of commitment of the municipalities.
Additional General Secretary Fepemur regretted that there are cases of industrial estates and quoted Molina de Segura, whose infrastructures have not even been recepcionadas by municipalities, exacerbating the municipal neglect.
Just two months ago, remember Clavero, the president of CROEM, José María Albarracín, said "business parks are basic economic infrastructure of general interest to the region, not only by the contribution in terms of wealth and employment in company but also by economic resources provided to municipalities ".
