The draw is open to all citizens of Molina de Segura who come to Ecoparque to deposit their waste between December 15 and January 10, register and cast their ballot in the box.

The Ecopark is located in Calle José Cremades, in the Industrial The Walled, next to the municipal cemetery.
The winter schedule of this installation is as follows: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.45 and 16.00 to 19.00, and Saturday from 10.00 to 13.45 hours.
