The award for Best Gourmet Cover Molina de Segura, VII activity included in the Top Road and Patron Cocktail Molina 2014, has fallen to Earth and Sea, Carmel Bar.
The final will be held on Thursday September 25 in Santa Barbara Bar.
After a unanimous decision after deliberation by the jury, was awarded the prize for the top Gourmet 2014 prepared by the Bar Carmel, called Land and Sea, "a cover based on the product that has maintained the characteristics of the ingredients, mushrooms and prawns, accurate preparation and where the sauce that accompanied realzaba and never took prominence. Definitely a good cover, "the jury of Sandra Galiana (Gourmet), Joaquín Reyes (Director Gourmet Magazine), Sergio Gallego (Journalist and Gourmet), Juan Antonio Pellicer (Professor School of Hospitality) and Santiago Corrales (Vice Gourmet Club Murcia).
The six finalists tapas were chosen after a selection period by members of the Club Murcia Gourmet of all participants in the VII Top Road and Cocktail Molina Festivities 2014 caps, so that the six covers best rated opted to to get the award for top gourmet analysis on a jury with extensive and proven experience in culinary pursuits.
The prize is a dinner for two at Restaurant La Finca Buenavista Shack, courtesy of Estrella de Levante.
The final day was also attended by the Councillor of Commerce Molina de Segura, José Ángel Alfonso, and representatives of the Gastronomic Association Molina de Segura, Resu Maite García and Meneses.
