A total of 350 students in 4th Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) from the four public HEIs in Molina de Segura (Cañada de las Eras, Eduardo Linares Lumeras, Vega Tader and Francisco de Goya) involved in the Mirror Project, framed within the Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital (PECH) of the village.

With the objectives of awakening vocations in young professionals and set molinenses students in the educational sector are incorporated to prevent early labor market returns to the Mirror Project implemented in public HEIs in Molina de Segura, after an experience pilot last year, thanks to the support and cooperation of its directors, counselors and guardians of all 4th of ESO

With the support of 5 experts from the Department of Employment associated with the project, students are learning firsthand 21 professional profiles (nearly a listing of 50), with the collaboration of about 40 companies and professionals in Molina de Segura Area .

Among the selected profiles: Medical, Technician in 3D animation, games and interactive environments, Criminologist, Confectionery, Bakery and Confectionery, Psychologist, Senior Technician in Early Childhood Education, etc..

During the months of January and February, professionals have passed through the classrooms to explain their day to day, and, at present, students are making appropriate visits to professionals to spot check procedures work: schedules, protocols action, required training, etc..

In the past academic year, the first year of the Mirror Project, involved 172 students of 4th ESO of IES Cañada de las Eras, Eduardo Linares Tader Lumeras and Vega, who visited 11 companies to spot check the working procedures of 42 professionals, and helped 32 companies and professionals in Molina de Segura Area profiles.

The Strategic Plan for the Promotion and Development of Human Capital of Molina de Segura consists of fifty measures aimed at employment, education and training of citizens, whose ultimate goal is to generate the much-needed change society through the reorientation of production activities in the municipality.

In collaboration with public HEIs, the city of Molina de Segura has launched municipal budget with three: mirror projects, games and Speaking Environment Influence.
