The Exhibit Hall Jail Molina de Segura hosts the retrospective exhibition 1994-2014, Mark Faccio, from 6 to 28 February (05/02/2014)

Retrospective exhibition 1994-2014, the Argentine artist Mark Faccio, organized by the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Molina de Segura, will open on Thursday, February 6, at 20.00 pm in the Exhibition Hall Jail (Calle Cervantes , No. 5).

The inauguration of the exhibition attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Councillor for Culture, Mariola Martinez Robles.

The artist himself describes this exhibition as "very eclectic and varied", bringing together different stages of his life.

After a long work in his native Argentina, he decided to take a personal tour now lasts 20 years and with whom he wanted to symbolize, through this exhibition, her stage carrousel.

This route is summarized in two main stages: the Argentine period, which mainly include learning and hard work with majolica wall 15, and his Spanish period, which, in his words, has re-educated and enriched their practice.

From 2000 began arriving this selection of works in different places.

Some of his drawings were improvised in the streets of Florence, others were drawn in the rest of the Villa Medici, or Rome and cafes in Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata and in more recent places like Molina de Segura library or on the first floor near the Plaza Santo Domingo in Murcia.

The exhibition will remain open until February 28 and can be visited: in the mornings, Thursday and Friday from 11.00 to 13.00 hours, in the evenings, Tuesday to Saturday, 17.30 to 20.30, and Sunday and Monday closed.
