The National Police dismantled a marijuana greenhouse with tomato camouflaged (08/11/2013)

National Police agents have dismantled in the town of El Fenazar of Molina de Segura (Murcia) a greenhouse with camouflaged marijuana plants tomato.

Seven people have been arrested in the Region of Murcia.

Those arrested two cottages used for storage, drying and processing the drug.

On the records have been seized 1,000 plants in various stages of growth and 60 kilograms of buds.

The investigation began as a result of the analysis of data collected in a previous operation, in May 2013, which was dismantled several marijuana plantations in the same area, with the arrest of three persons of Spanish nationality, and the apprehension of 7,500 plants in two greenhouses.

The officers began to investigate possible relationships of these three arrested with others who might engage in drug trafficking in the province of Murcia.

Greenhouse with video surveillance devices

The investigation allowed locate a large greenhouse equipped with video surveillance devices, located in the town of El Fenazar of Molina de Segura.

In planting were inter marijuana plants with tomato plants in order to avoid detection.

Having identified all the members of the criminal organization, held a device to stop the group members and to dismantle the greenhouse in which they seized 1,000 marijuana plants growing.

In addition there were two records in cottages located in the same area, where another 400 plants were operated in the drying process, with a total weight of 60 kilograms.

Also underwent 270 grams of hashish and a shotgun.

As a result of this operation have been arrested seven people, five men and two women, all of Spanish nationality and aged between 24 and 46 years.

All detainees are charged with a crime against public health.

The operation was carried out by agents of the Judicial Police Provincial Brigade of the Police Headquarters of the Region of Murcia.
