Programming Spring 2013 Book of Molina de Segura comes to an end and does so with an event called CULTURE NEVER SLEEPS, which will take place throughout the day on Friday, May 17, at different locations and cultural spaces of the town, organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City Celebration of Molina de Segura.
Thus, Molina de Segura also joins this year's celebration of International Museum Day, which since 1977 is celebrated around the world on May 18, with a series of actions both inside and outside the museums of the municipality.
As explained by the Councillor for Culture, Celebrations and Tourism, "in The Culture Never Sleeps is to accommodate all cultural manifestations and the various associations and organizations that held in Molina de Segura, offering the public a multi-show theater, music, literature, photography, dance, visual arts and performances, combining different areas, from art galleries and theater to the street itself, the link or thread between all activities. "
Also featured are two night tours through the old city and is included in this formula involving local bars and restaurants.
The development of this program of activities has been made possible by: The Molineta Literary Association, Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime Lopez, Municipal Band, Chamber Orchestra Hims Mola, Molina Scientific Astronomical Society, Astronomical observatory staff of La Murta Murcia, Murcia White Space Association, Outsizers Crew Group, Gastronomic Association Molina de Segura, Jesús Gómez, Paco Illan, Juan Espallardo, Integra Foundation Cajamurcia Cultural Hall and the entire staff of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City Celebration Molina de Segura.
CULTURE PROGRAM NEVER SLEEPS
- 11.00 pm in the auditorium of the Centro Las Balsas (in Cartagena Street, near the Plaza of Griffins), screening of the documentary The Black Cave Caravaca Integra Foundation, and roundtable on the site and the documentary in charge of the excavation team led by Michael Walker.

GUIDED by the old town of Molina de Segura
Departures from the Milling Square at 22.00 and 00.00 hours
- Walking tour starting at agreed times in the Plaza of the millers.
In this public space is one of the best preserved chimneys of the population (The Milling industries fireplace).
- You will visit the Lady of Molina.
- Uploaded by Pensioner Street, where you get to the Visitor Center to see the wall where you give an explanation of the medieval fortress siege.
- Then visit the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption where dynamically explain facade and interior.
- The visit will continue for the Museo Council Oven + House of Folklore, which will host the performance of a small part of members of the Folklore of Molina (guitar, mandolin, lute, singers).
Before each piece (one or two per group of visitors), there will be a didactic explanation of the piece to play, exclusive of Molina de Segura.
