Local Police agents arrested Molina de Segura, on Wednesday 19 December, about 00.30 pm, a person, a Spanish national, for alleged theft.
The incident occurred when, upon learning in the Operating Room Local Police had several bottles of butane on the floor at the roundabout towards the district of La Molina Torrealta, agents presented themselves in the place, not watching anything .
Moments later, a patrol conducting surveillance work in the urban observed butane delivery truck through the center of the population and, when asked if the truck driver had lost any gas cylinder, it got out and fled, subsequently being intercepted by a local agent and recognizing the detainee who had stolen the vehicle had a butane delivery company.
The detainee was released to the National Police and the vehicle with 26 gas bottles recovered and taken to impound, where he remained until delivery to its owner.
Councilman Safety, Arias Fortunato City, insists that "once again, the Local Police of Molina are acted brilliantly, demonstrating their professionalism and effectiveness in the fight against crime."
