The Carols Choral Festival XVI Molina, organized by the City molinense and coordinated by the Coral Kodály, takes place on Saturday December 15, at 20.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10).
Invitations to attend the event are sold out for days.
This year, the festival has coral meeting format, with the participation of the following choirs: Coral Kodály, the Musical Association Choir of Alhama, Mola Hims Municipal Polyphonic Choir, White Voices Xolo, Iubilate Choir, Vocal Cluster, and Orpheus Music Group Vocal Cororao.
Interpret carols were collected 16 years ago by Marcelo in the book Carols Beltran de Molina, in versions for choir.
Harmonizations were commissioned the remainder to harmonize.
Also, new major, will be recording live these carols for the subsequent production of a CD containing all the carols sung by eight of the top groups of the Region of Murcia.
The Coral Festival of Carols Molina emerges as a logical result of the major choral activity with which the municipality.
With its announcement, the Department of Culture intends to continue promoting the development of a cultural practice that involves a large number of citizens of Molina de Segura.
As human support and technical advice / musical event, the Department of Culture has the support of one of the oldest choirs in the city, the Coral Kodály.
