The Integrated Training Center and Agricultural Experiences (CIFE) from Molina de Segura, under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, has won one of the awards 'Antonio Ruiz Giménez' good practice in occupational safety, innovation and capacity preventive culture for the year 2011, and convened by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of the Region of Murcia.
This is the 'Innovation Award and promoting a culture of prevention, public and private mode nonprofit', awarded by the CIFE multiple training activities to prevent occupational hazards has been doing for years, and by the promotion of a culture of prevention aimed agribusinesses of the Region.
All these actions are part of the International Standard for Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001:2007, implemented and certified in CIFE since 2009, for which the center is committed to strict compliance with the rules on prevention.
The presentation of these awards was held last November 27 at the Archaeological Museum of Murcia.
Along with CIFE of Molina de Segura, were also awarded in various forms, the company Hero Spain, the worker Esquembre Damian Gomez and researcher Francisco Lopez Hita.
The event was attended by representatives of the regional government, employers and unions CROEM UGT and CCOO.
